When does Tentostack send its invoices?
Tentostack sends its invoices at the beginning of a project or once you run out of credit during a project.
Will Tentostack send an invoice of our deposit?
No. Since your deposit is only to increase your balance, without any product or service in return from our side, no invoice is made of your deposit.
Once you start using the available balance we have a product or service that we supply to you and are able to send you an invoice for this.
Can you send the invoices to a specific contact?
We will send your invoices to the administrative contact as configured in your account. If you wish for these invoices to be sent to a different contact person you can configure a billing contact.
Future invoices will now be sent to this new contact person.
Can I download old invoices?
Yes, you can download invoices from the past through our control panel. On this page you will see all invoices. The columns will describe the invoice numbers, the amount included in the invoice and the possibility to download the invoice and the list of transactions included in the invoice.
